Onboarding

The Seller Report plays a critical role in the Onboarding process by providing a comprehensive profile of a merchant or business entity. These reports aggregate data Verdata has collected and verified to support informed risk decisions during Onboarding.

There is one main call available for Seller Reports: SellerDetailedSearch.

Submitting a request for a Seller Report creates an inquiry tied to the evaluated business.

SellerDetailedSearch

SellerDetailedSearch will return the closest matched entity to the submitted inputs. SellerDetailedSearch will return Verdata's basic KYB attributes. There are additional premium data packages available. If enabled, this endpoint will perform real-time lookups with third-party data providers to ensure that the information returned is current and comprehensive.

To use this endpoint, a callback URL is required as data is returned asynchronously. The callback URL must correspond to a live, accessible REST endpoint that accepts POSTs containing the generated SellerDetailedReport payload
