License Verification

The License Verification endpoint allows users to verify and monitor the license status of Home Service contractors and Healthcare professionals.

For Home Service contractors, this endpoint is intended to validate license information that the user already possesses. It is not a discovery mechanism and will not independently search for new license records.

For Healthcare professionals, Verdata will attempt to retrieve and match license information from the National Provider Identifier (NPI) database, if no license information is submitted.

Note: A valid seller_id is required to use this endpoint. You must first run a SellerDetailedSearch to identify the business entity associated with the licensed professional.

Once a license has been successfully verified, Verdata will automatically monitor and update the license status every 30 days.

Updated license status information for all license orders can be retrieved through this endpoint.
