Automated Business Search after No Match

This is a new feature when using the SellerSearch or SellerDetailedSearch calls and no matching seller was found, we will automatically kick off a request to reach out and try to find the business you are looking for. If you want this feature enabled, please reach out to Verdata Support to set up this feature.

Workflow: There are two main conditions when this feature is enabled. If ODM is also enabled, then this automated process will complete within 5 minutes, if not, it will be complete by the next business day. Essentially it is a difference between doing an automated OnDemandMerchant call vs. a SellerSubmission call. If a callback URL is provided in the original SellerSearch calls, if we find the business then we will send back the entire seller report payload to your callback endpoint. If we did not find the business then we will send back a response payload saying that we did not find it. When using the SellerSearch + SellerDetailedSearch calls, there is always a unique 'request_id' field that is returned in the response_payload. Using this request_id is how you can track the responses from the automated new business request. If a callback URL is not provided, you will have to simply attempt another SellerSearch/SellerDetailed search to see if the business has been found.
